At the helm of EC3 are Pastor Carl M. Bickham II., and First Lady Octavia Bickham, whose spiritual guidance and unwavering support shape the heart of our church. Pastor Bickham leads us in faith, while First Lady Octavia’s compassion and wisdom help nurture our congregation.
